William Gardner, diagnosed with dyslexia at an early age and labeled an “at-risk child” in the public school system, overcame significant challenges through various outreach programs. These experiences inspired him to create initiatives aimed at helping at-risk youth like himself. Recognizing that traditional education systems were designed for the industrial age and not tailored for creative, outside-the-box thinkers, William dedicated his efforts to developing programs that focus on practical skills and innovative thinking.
