Our Mission & Vision
William Gardner failed kindergarten as a child and was diagnosed with dyslexia at an early age. William was identified in the public school’s system as an “at risk child” from an early age. During that time, he placed in serval outreach programs and over the years collected several programs and ideas that helped him as child and from early in his adult took wanted to give and help others like him. As William started to develop programs that could help at risk youth like himself, he look further into the public school system and realized there was nothing wrong him and the school system was not developed to guide outside of the box thinkers like him. The public school system was established to fuel the industrial boom and provide a basic education from the government to help develop worker for the industrial age. If those that excelled would go to a university and become doctors, lawyers, and accountant…etc.
About William Gardner William realized more needed to be done and began developing programs to reach out and help develop more practical skills and think outside of the box to traditional education. In 2004 William launched his first community outreach program targeting high school at risk children and partnering with Wester Pacific University where he met Dr. Gilbert Stout one the key individuals who passed the CRT originally. William was mentored by this group on how to operate a nonprofit and build a sustainable business around the ideas of operating not for a profit. While the success of the programs he implemented in 2004 were noteworthy William wanted to achieve his own financial success to the funding of these not-for-profit ideas and programs would not be limited to others’ beliefs or backing into his programs he chose to put them on hold while setting out into the corporate and entrepreneurial world so he could lead these programs and fund them on his own without relying on others and donations. community, focusing on personal development and financial literacy.
